Restaurant
OVERVIEW:
The project involved a complex of restaurants located in a metropolis with a population of over 3 million. At the beginning of the negotiation process to find out more about restaurants, services, staff, and so on, we found this restaurant has 4 different branches throughout the city. The complex was a mix of luxury restaurants, fine dining and wedding venues, coffee shops and shops for other businesses. These branches had quite different menus with the same management. Prices were high in some branches while in others it was quite economical and appropriate. The areas the complex chose to service caused differences in pricing and behavioural policies.
