OVERVIEW:

The project involved a complex of restaurants located in a metropolis with a population of over 3 million. At the beginning of the negotiation process to find out more about restaurants, services, staff, and so on, we found this restaurant has 4 different branches throughout the city. The complex was a mix of luxury restaurants, fine dining and wedding venues, coffee shops and shops for other businesses. These branches had quite different menus with the same management. Prices were high in some branches while in others it was quite economical and appropriate. The areas the complex chose to service caused differences in pricing and behavioural policies.

This project was thoroughly analyzed. All marketing plan services such as market segmentation, customer persona formulation, site monetization model extraction (in addition to the online catering service, we also designed online wedding reception services and a site with specific features that the business owner would consider), advertising plan and ... were presented. It also implemented the market research process and the direct sales model of the market research process differently for this project

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

The analysis of competitors in this collection that was very powerful was another service offered by our team to the restaurant. Why each of these competitors was famous and powerful, and why some competitors had lost their market, new and off-the-shelf competitors that have not yet had a place on the Internet but are taking a significant market share in the physical market.
