THINK TANK
In this project, as the customer's main problem was sales and marketing, the first step was to set up a think tank and hold several meetings to extract appropriate and practical revenue generation methods. The client's distance with us was more than a thousand kilometers away and virtually impossible to attend meetings; we held meetings via Skype and other messengers in a way that the client could attend meetings indirectly.
MARKET RESEARCH
The first step in this project, was to find out who the customers are for this product; what are the product uses for the customer, and generally how will be the employer generating revenue?
In the second step, we extracted keywords using the tools available in the digital marketing space, obtained data on market size and locations where the product could be sold, and extracted all potential customer data.

WEBSITE STRUCTURE
The next step was to identify her market segment, develop a customer persona, and show the client where and with what features customers are looking for these products. The infrastructure that this person needed to attract her customers, implemented on paper and eventually a website and a content plan designed based on it.
HR PLAN
Based on costumers' persona, the appropriate social networks were selected. Finally, we helped the manager fully on how to attract the right audience by writing different strategic plans. We designed a human resource plan with a detailed description of the tasks done by each employee. We also determine how and where they should contact the audience.
ADVERTISING PLAN
We give the CEO an advertising plan with sales incentives and clues on how to design different campaigns
