Herbal Creams Company

OVERVIEW:

In this project, our client was a medical doctor who used herbal products to produce all kinds of creams, shampoos, skin masks, etc. These creams included therapeutic and cosmetic creams. she doesn’t use preservatives or chemicals in the compounds, this feature made her products would be exclusive. The same thing led to restrictions because people couldn’t keep and use the creams for a long time.


The first goals of this business divided into two parts:
By doing marketing plan, determine how the Internet can provide a platform for marketing and selling these products in the Internet world.
By doing marketing plan, determine how to inform and raise people's awareness for these products, the type of packaging and the product's features.


For this project, all levels of the market plan process were implemented and all the steps to achieving the management goals forecasted and market entry strategy were set. However, the most important part of the project, according to the results of the marketing plan, was the content production process. According to the type of which was presented to consumers (in B2C form).
Needs, questions that involved the minds of the client about the product, important features and applications, and potential customers, etc. were extracted and clarified.
In marketing plan process, it was also found that in order to increase the trust of brand and branding, the product maker should start talking to her audience in the form of content types such as videos, articles, reports and audio files, (all contents were uploaded on the social network) for each product we set some special methods to inform. It anticipated/predicted that the customer will be looking to purchase the product during this process. ((Inform, branding, raising awareness and consumer’s information and content production))
In fact, the advertising strategy in this project was the content marketing strategy and we tried to use the content model to reach the target customers.
